2025 TNG Class 6A Playoff Bracket Projections
Take a look at how the brackets would shake out, given all of our district projections
Last year we were surprised with two brand-new champions, with North Crowley taking down Division 1 and Vandegrift taking the Division 2 crown. Could both repeat in 2025? Well, yes, they could. Ranking the #3 and #4 respectively to start the season and projected into separate brackets, it is a distinct possibility. However, as we saw with the Preseason Top 100, the pool of challengers this year looks particularly and uncommonly deep. The images below represent the statistically “most likely” outcome based on our preseason ratings, but each is just one of a multitude of possibilities.
First, a quick reminder on how these brackets work. The percentages you see out next to each team represent the combined odds that each team has to not only to advance from that round, but also considers that odds that they’d even get there in the first place. One team might be favored over another in an individual matchup, but if they face a more difficult road to reach that point, their cumulative odds to advance could be worse, and the other team may show to be advancing in the brackets below. Also remember that the Elo ratings will change as the season goes on and therefore the advancement odds will change as well…this is just a snapshot based on our preseason ratings.
